You simply go to the site, either type in the search term for your problem or browse the various categories, select one of the helpers and you’ll be given the option to have a live person help you over video chat. Think of it like tech support but for almost any subject and you chat with a person face to face instead of over a phone or in a text chat.

Caroline Beek is CEO of interKanect. Caroline is a proven executive leader with deep expertise in building strategic organizations with a focus on customer success, engagement and innovative product and service growth. She spent 4 successful years at interKanect before moving to Fronte inc. in 2018 to transform their service and account management organizations. Caroline returned to interKanect in 2020 to assume the role of Chief Customer Officer before becoming CEO in 2021. During her time as Chief Customer Officer, Caroline transformed our SaaS platform and built a powerful team that continues to support her in her role as CEO.
